Paul Kania
Mr. Kania is a financial professional with broad experience providing CFO, Controller and financial reporting and consulting services to public and privately held businesses in various sectors in both Canada and the U.S. He has significant experience in the mining sector. In addition to his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, he holds a HBA, Economics and Philosophy from the University of Toronto, and an Accounting and Finance certificate from Ryerson University.
Mehdi Azodi
With over 19 years’ experience in the capital markets, Mr. Azodi was the CEO of IC Potash – the company that was restructured out of debt and became Belgravia Capital. Azodi has extensive experience built around private/public equity and debt financings and has held senior executive roles in various companies listed on the TSX/NYSE.
Hang Tran
Hang Tran is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and has been with the Company since 2006. As Belgravia Hartford’s Comptroller, Ms. Tran is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of the company. She has formerly held accounting management and comptroller positions in her career.
Hon. Pierre Pettigrew
The Honorable Pierre Pettigrew has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Masters Degree in Philosophy in International Relations. His education served him well, as he is a former Canadian Minister of International Trade as well as a former Minister of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Pettigrew has been an Executive Advisor of Deloitte LLP since 2006.
Ernest Angelo Jr.
A former Mayor of Midland, Texas, Ernest Angleo was appointed by Governor George W. Bush to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission in 1996. Angelo Jr. was the co-Manager of the Presidential primary campaign for Ronald W. Reagan. He is a Managing Partner at Discovery Exploration and Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Knute H. Lee Jr.
Mr. Lee served as President of the American Association of Professional Landmen in 2006 and is the current President and Owner of KHL Incorporated, an oil and gas exploration company. Knute is also the Founder of Westward Energy in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
